      Please make note of the dates you are scheduled for duty and MARK your calendar at home. You will receive a friendly reminder of your duty the week prior to the dance.
     If you are unable to make the dance, please take it upon yourself to switch with someone else from the same column and let Duty Roster person know of the change. 
     Voluntary food sign-up sheets are used for Special Dance Nights and are the responsibility of the coordinators.
     Nothing is written in stone and changes can certainly be made as time goes on.
